Karma Kreatives Policies
We want your shopping experience on the Karma Kreatives site to be as safe and secure as possible.
Because security is important to us, Karma Kreatives uses PayPal for payment. Payment Terms are described on the PayPal site. It is easy and convenient to register for PayPal which provides you with a complete range of secure payment options, including Visa or Mastercard.
Prices for Karma Kreative products are shown in Canadian Dollars. Conversion to local currency will be done through PayPal.
Sales Tax will be added on all orders in Canada.
Shipping costs are extra and will be indicated on your order prior to confirmation. We ship via Canada Post – see below.
Customs fees and Duty are extra and will be calculated by the shipping authority and paid by you at time of import.
Karma Kreatives is a division of Ashby-Bachmann Inc. and your financial transactions may be presented under that name.
Karma Kreatives will ship your product within 1-2 business days of receiving the order.
If the product is unavailable we will notify you immediately by phone or email.
We ship locally and internationally – anywhere in the world that Canada Post ships to. Allow approximately 10-14 days delivery for most items.
Delivery to non-Canadian destinations and some remote areas within Canada may also require additional processing / delivery time. We do not accept responsibility for international Customs delays or costs.
Karma Kreatives is responsible for loss or damage during transit to you. It is however your responsibility to notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged product or when a product is not delivered. If the product cannot be delivered the full extent of your claim is only a refund of the amount that you paid to Karma Kreatives.
Product damage or non-delivery may be reported immediately using our Contact form on Karma Kreatives.
Incomplete, incorrect or invalid shipping information causing the order to be returned to us is your responsibility; including any related charges.
If sending to an address that is different from the information on your credit card billing statement or PayPal account, you are responsible for providing the correct details for shipment (i.e. recipient’s name, address, and phone number) during the check-out process.
Any products bought through our Affiliates, you are responsible for understanding and agreeing to their Terms and Conditions for purchasing, billing and shipping.
Karma Kreatives will not be held responsible for errors in Affiliate program purchases.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your Karma Kreative purchases. If it is not what you expected or the product is defective, please send it back within 30 days for a refund or credit.
All returns must be post-paid, fully insured (COD returns cannot be accepted).
If you are returning an item, please contact us via the Contact Form on Karma Kreatives to obtain shipping details on where to send the return. Please include the invoice details with your return.
Non-Canadian returns must be clearly marked on outside of package “Returning Canadian Goods”. Please send your returns by regular post and not by courier as they charge brokerage fees to process the package through Customs and you will be charged these additional and unnecessary fees.
Any reimbursements or adjustments will be made by original method of payment. Original shipping cost, return shipping cost, duties, or out of country taxes are non-refundable.
Karma Kreatives takes your privacy and security seriously.
We do not sell, trade or lend your personal information to any company or organization.
Any personal information will be stored in a secure manner to protect the data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
We will not divulge this information to any other party – other than to complete the shipping of product.
The information will be retained solely for warranty purposes.
If you opt-in to our e-mail newsletter program, we use the information only for Karma Kreatives to contact you directly.
